We first met Frank Bernhart when we purchased our home on Ocean Ridge Drive. It had been neglected for years and needed a fairly extensive renovation. The work that Frank and his company did was exceptional; timely, professional and accurate. He remained within budget and reminded me when I would be deviating from our budget with any changes that I would make from the original plan.

Since our original experience, I have used Frank for multiple projects including renovations of kitchens in rentals, rehabing a home in Landfall that had sat empty for 2 years with no power or water and small home projects. He even helped build a grand coop for our chickens in our new home. Not many birds can brag that their home was custom built! I would highly recommend Frank for any project, big or small.

We were fortunate to select Bristol Building Co. to build our house some 20+ years ago. The building experience was straight forward and very professional. We were and still are extremely pleased with the result and with Bristol Building Company. Since then Bristol has very satisfactorily completed a major kitchen/master bath upgrade. They are currently preparing to repair hurricane damage remediation areas on two floors of the house. I am confident the completed job will be up to their high standards of fit and finish and continue to reflect the high quality and integrity of Bristol Building Company and Frank Bernhart.
